6. I think "to pull a Charlie Gordon" mean to using him for making fun of him. When Charlie go to the party, Joe and Frank ask him to dance with Ellen so he can the steps but they did that to make fun of him in front of the whole people were in the party that was when Charlie realized that they like to have him around all the time to make fun of me.

Nice example Eddy. But be sure to answer the question thoroughly. "To pull a...," means that you do something like another person does it. So if you grew to be two meters this week, I would say, "look, Eddy pulled a Mr. Blake." Since Charlie is disabled, the men are using it to say that someone did something as if they were disabled.
